Great show - horrible seats

Our seats were TERRIBLE, but everything about the concert and rodeo was great. I don't mind being further away from the arena, however, our seats were above where the steps go around the exit hole. If I knew who to talk to, I would have asked for half my money back because I got to see about half of the show. The view of the arena is blocked by people walking up and down the steps when you sit on Row 8 and Row 9 of the 200 sections. This happened in all but one of the 4 performances we attended. Of course, the Ticket Master rep. didn't know of this problem; she just gave us the next seats available. We could have seen more of the show from our TV at home. I think they should have had the steps go straight up on either side of the exit hole and have a small section of seats between.
